The Weekly Charlie

Third Edition.

To catch you up.

Last week Charlie and I started went on a few outings lunch and errands, but it was nice for the both of us. Charlie got all the attention, "ooo's" and "awh's" and "oh how cute!" And I got to get out and talk to friends from church. If I didn't have that I think I would go insane. I love our church family.

Saturday, the 10th was great! Charlie had his first baby-sitter! While Trey and I went to dinner for our 4th anniversary. We went to The Red Pepper, a little restaurant where they serve true home cooked itialian. Chicken marinara, lobster ravioli, a nice white merlot, and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake, yum!

Sunday was my first Mother's Day! my boys got me some wonderful flowers and a pretty little locket. Then we went to church, which was great they had baby dedication. It technically was Charlie's debut, the only thing was he was starting to get fussy so no one got to see his face. After church we went to, our friends, Shana, Jimmy and Brian's (who was also dedicated). They have a beautiful house out in Cottageville on their 10 archer lot. It was nice to spend time with family on Mother's Day, no matter whose family it was.

This week Charlie went to his first praise team practice. I really love how even the loud music soothes him. I'm pretty sure it because he remembers it from when he was inside me. Then on Sunday, our friends, Ryan (our youth paster) and Nicole came over and took our first family portrait. We lucked out because Charlie was in a great mood, not that he's cranky all the time, he just proved himself very photogenic. Which is good beause he's gonna need to get used to seeing mommy with her camera and having his picture taken.

I LOVE MY FAMILY!
